Many first-time builders come to the process full of vision but unsure of the next step. They’re drawn to sustainable systems, like prefab shells, panelized structures, and carbon-sequestering materials, but often feel overwhelmed by what it takes to move from inspiration to action. That’s where I come in. I help organize everything that needs to happen up front: permitting, trade coordination, site prep, and scheduling. The goal is to make sure your project is ready for a seamless build, and to stay with it through to completion.
